1. About Us
Kraashi is an online retail brand based in Paris, France, owned and operated by Karan Sharma. We sell premium-inspired eyewear directly to consumers across Europe and beyond.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Kraashi website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order on our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may only use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Products
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible including colours, designs and descriptions. However slight variations may occur due to screen display differences. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Kraashi website are in Euros and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6. Orders
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted. This confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and Kraashi.
7. Payment
We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. By placing an order you confirm that the payment details provided are yours and that you are authorised to use them.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We work with international fulfilment partners to deliver your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
France: 7 to 14 business days
Rest of Europe: 10 to 20 business days
Rest of World: 15 to 30 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays or high demand periods. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Kraashi is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third party carriers.
9. Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Kraashi has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.
10. Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
11. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without providing any reason. Full details of how to exercise this right are outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

All content on the Kraashi website including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product photography, text, graphics and design is the intellectual property of Kraashi and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of our content without our prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kraashi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

15. Governing Law
