Overview

At Kraashi, we take pride in delivering premium quality eyewear to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right. Please read this policy carefully as it outlines your rights and our obligations as an EU-based brand.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at support@kraashi.com or via our Contact page. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

When a return is made under the 14-day right of withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase price including the original standard shipping cost paid. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Kraashi cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Please note: if you fail to inform us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, your right of withdrawal will expire.

Returns Outside the 14-Day Window

For returns requested after the 14-day withdrawal period, we will assess requests on a case by case basis. Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns outside the 14-day window for change of mind reasons.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included

  • The item must not be scratched, damaged or show signs of wear

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@kraashi.com or via our Contact page with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

Our team will respond within 2 to 3 business days with return instructions. Please do not send any items back without receiving confirmation from us first as unauthorised returns cannot be guaranteed for acceptance.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Kraashi does not offer free return pickup or prepaid return labels for change of mind returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back as Kraashi cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, Kraashi will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the original standard shipping cost will also be refunded. Original shipping costs are not refunded for returns made outside the 14-day withdrawal window.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@kraashi.com or via our Contact page with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you including return shipping.

2-Year Legal Guarantee

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, all products sold by Kraashi come with a mandatory 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. If your product turns out to be faulty or not as described within this period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you. In the first 6 months from delivery, Kraashi bears the burden of proving the product was not defective at the time of purchase. After 6 months, the customer may be required to demonstrate the defect existed at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery Times

As we work with international fulfilment partners to bring our products to you, please allow the following estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

  • France: 7 to 14 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 10 to 20 business days

  • Rest of World: 15 to 30 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays or high demand periods. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period for change of mind reasons

  • Items showing signs of use, wear or damage caused by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law. Your legal rights always apply regardless of our store policy.
